For Dahi :Dahi (yogurt)-1 kg
Coriander leaves -Finely chopped
Jeera(Cumin)-2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
Green chilies- 1/2 chopped
Ginger-1/2 tsp grated
Red chili powder
1) add daal and water, leave it over night, then next day bled it .
2) Now deep fry Vadas,size it like in the picture.
3) After frying drain excess oil,and deep this wadas in slight hot water [with slight salt] and then take it out and press it to remove the water and place on the plate.
Beat the yogurt with a spoon, add salt and sugar according to the taste .
Add very little oil in a pan , put it on a burner,add mastered seeds ,one red chili then add tamarind pulp, salt and sugar according to taste.Give it a boil,then cool it .
You can blend coriander leaves to make green chutney.
How to serve:
1)Place 2 wadas in each plate.
2)Spread dahi on it and cover it.
3)Then spread red chili powder, coriander powder, and 2 type of chutneys like the above pictures.
4)Sprinkle chopped chili,coriander leaves and ginger.
