Mixed Fried Rice

  • Rice - 2 cups
  • Oil - 3 tbl spoon
  • Onion -1 Sliced
  • Carrot - 2 Finely Chopped
  • Beans (Finely Chopped ) -100 gms
  • Cabbage (Finely Chopped ) - 100gms
  • Spring Onions (Finely Chopped )- 2
  • Green Chilies -3 cut longitudinally
  • Ginger - 1 tbl spoon chopped
  • Garlic -1 tbl spoon chopped
  • Soya Sauce -2 tbl spoon
  • Salt
  • pepper

1) Take oil ,heat it,add whole garamasalas

2)Then add ginger and garlic,then saute vegetables ,stir them on high flame and then add half steamed rice.

3)Add salt pepper ,saya sauce ,stir them well.Add 2 tbl spn ghee.

4)Decorate it with egg fries,roasted cashew,fried sping onions.

Then serve hot ,you can see how mine is looked like...Enjoy

Dahi Wada


For Wada:

Urad/Kaali daal(black gram) -1 Cup

For Dahi :

Dahi (yogurt)-1 kg
Coriander leaves -Finely chopped
Jeera(Cumin)-2 tsp Roasted cumin powder
Green chilies- 1/2 chopped
Ginger-1/2 tsp grated
Red chili powder

For Chatni
Tamarind Pulp
Coriander leaves
Mastered seeds
Red chili=2


For Wada

1) add daal and water, leave it over night, then next day bled it .

2) Now deep fry Vadas,size it like in the picture.

3) After frying drain excess oil,and deep this wadas in slight hot water [with slight salt] and then take it out and press it to remove the water and place on the plate.

For Dahi

Beat the yogurt with a spoon, add salt and sugar according to the taste .

For Chatni

Add very little oil in a pan , put it on a burner,add mastered seeds ,one red chili then add tamarind pulp, salt and sugar according to taste.Give it a boil,then cool it .
You can blend coriander leaves to make green chutney.

How to serve:

1)Place 2 wadas in each plate.
2)Spread dahi on it and cover it.
3)Then spread red chili powder, coriander powder, and 2 type of chutneys like the above pictures.
4)Sprinkle chopped chili,coriander leaves and ginger.

SPRING ROLL - very easy to make and so tasty,try to make it at home

Spring Roll:

Ingredients: -
  1. flour-4 cup
  2. chopped onion-2
  3. chopped capsicum-1
  4. chopped tomato-1
  5. smashed boild chicken-300gm
  6. boiled potatto-1
  7. green chilli-3/4
  8. egg-1
  9. cornflour-2 tbl spoon
  10. salt-1 tea spoon
  11. oil


1)Take the flour, add 1 tea spoon oil ,make it a dough adding water, then make small balls and give it a shape of chapatti.[4-5 chapatti]

2) Take chicken and other vegetables, add salt and mix it well.

3) Then take chapattis, spread this mixture and roll the chapatti around the filling inside, and close two sides by hand.

4) Now beat one egg, 1/4 tea spoon of salt, 2 table spoon corn flour and make a think batter.

5) Now deep each roll in this batter and then deep fry earch roll until golden brown.

6) Then take it out of pan, cut spring rolls into pieces and serve with cucumber, onion and tomato like the picture.
